Sales and Events Coordinator
competitive salary + uncapped commission
Your job as Sales and Events Coordinator will be to receive enquiries from our website and via inbound telephone calls, emails and live chat - there is no cold calling involved. Once received you’ll tailor the event to your customer, help them with all aspects of initial planning and take their provisional booking deposit. You’ll then liaise with the various suppliers and book everything in. At this point the booking is passed on to the Customer Relations team who look after the after sales care.
We take a holistic approach to events so you will be in close contact with customers, suppliers and members of the Freedom team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
We work towards both individual and team targets throughout the year. You’ll therefore work as often independently as you do part of a team to ensure both aspects are being hit.
Freedom Ltd has been organising hen, stag, birthday and corporate events since 1996 and is currently enjoying tremendous growth. The company itself is based in Essex and comprises a small team of 13 working within a fun office environment - we believe in flexible working where you’ll really love coming to work. We organise events in the UK and Europe for groups of all sizes and requirements. We get out and about to visit our suppliers and ensure we are offering only the highest standard.
You’ll be offered a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission potential. Work within a fun and buzzing industry, we are young office with great energy and enthusiasm. Customer service is key so we visit suppliers, try out activities and ensure we have a good relationship with them, this may mean the occasional night out and weekend away! You’ll receive 28 days annual holiday (including Bank holidays) which increases with length of service. We are a growing company with real progression prospects for the right candidate.
