Freedom Ltd has been organising Hen, Stag Birthday and Corporate events since 1996 and has recently seen tremendous growth, so looking to recruit 4 or 5 new Team members. The company itself is based in Essex; we are a team of 10 working within a fun office. We package weekends together but also tailor make events in the UK and Europe. Offering our customers the flexibility to pay in instalments, invite friends online and take full control of their events. We often get out and about to visit our suppliers, test the activities and ensure that we are offering only the highest standard.
Your job as Events Coordinator will be to initially receive enquiries from our website and via inbound telephone calls. (There is no cold calling involved, all enquiries have been submitted via our website, live chat or via the phone.) Once received you’ll tailor the event to your customer, help them with all aspects of initial planning and take their provisional booking deposit. Once received you’ll book the event with our suppliers and hand the booking over to the Customer Relations team once completed.
This role is a hybrid of Sales and Customer Relations, whilst target focused you’ll be encouraged to work as part of a team of Event Coordinators and the Sales and Bookings Managers to ensure the company targets are achieved.
Working within a fun and buzzing industry, we are young office. We visit suppliers and ensure we have a good relationship with them, this may mean the occasional night out or weekend away! 28 days annual holiday (including Bank holidays) which increases with length of service, we are a growing company with real progression prospects for the right candidate.
