1. Who are Freedom?

2. Where do I start?

It's best to either start by choosing your party location or activity ideas, from there you'll find lots of different options to either build your own package or choose from a selection of ready made package deals.

3. Do you organise transport?

We can look at organising transport for you, please ask your event coordinator for more information and prices.

4. Where are the activity venues?

Activity locations are confirmed on your Itinerary once your booking has been paid in full and final numbers confirmed. This is usually around 4-6 weeks prior to your event date. In giving you flexibility regarding your group size up until 6 weeks prior to travel, venue locations are subject to change.

5. What would be the timings for my activity?

Some activities do have set times as indicated on the website, however in most cases the choice of start time is down to you.

6. Which hotel would we be booked into?

Our carefully selected accommodation is tried and tested for groups. Your deposit is only processed with secured availability and then the hotel is confirmed with you by email.

7. When should I book?

There are big advantages to booking early, such as scheduling the best time slots, receiving great accommodation availability and ensuring your party goers have the longest time to pay in instalments.

8. Will the prices change when I book?

Only if it is a particularly busy special event date or a one night supplement applies. Your deposit is not processed until these changes are confirmed with you.

9. Do I need final numbers when I pay the deposit?

No not at all, your group size is completely flexible until 6 weeks before the event. When you book, you do so for your maximum group size and then simply reduce as you go along.

10. Can I book last minute?

Yes, in fact we do all of lastminute.com hen and stag bookings.

11. Do we pay a deposit and how much is it?

Yes, pay just £35 deposit to secure the booking for your maximum group size. Then use your Account Login to send invites by email or SMS, so your friends can pay their £35 deposit within 2 weeks to secure their own place. This gives you peace of mind of who is attending.

12. What happens after the deposit is paid?

The bookings department secures the availability and sends you confirmation. Any changes due to availability are agreed with you prior to the deposit being processed.

13. How do I get other people to commit?

Invite them quickly and easily by adding their name and email address to your MyFreedom online invite list which is available once you have paid your deposit.

14. How do I manage my group?

Simple, your login to MyFreedom makes it easy to invite people, share the itinerary and see who has paid what.

15. Can I make changes if I need to?

Of course, in all but a few cases. It is harder to make changes within 6 weeks of the event.

16. Can some guests just attend parts of the event?

Yes, they only pay for the parts they attend.

17. Can I keep the activities a secret from the group?

Yes, after booking you can set activities as a mystery, so your friends can be surprised.

18. Can the group pay individually to Freedom?

Yes, paying for themselves is easy and can be paid in flexible instalments free of charge. You can see all the payments made by everyone.

19. Is it possible to pay for other people?

Absolutely, it's very easy to do this in your MyFreedom login area. Better still large groups over 20 get a free place.

20. Is our money safe?

Yes, since 1998 Freedom has a bond in place with the card processing company (Global Payments/HSBC). This means your money is refundable when paying by card even if the unthinkable happens.

21. What if I have to cancel?

If you have to cancel then it will be subject to cancellation terms. We do try to work with you before cancelling by offering a change of date or a change of location. See our standard terms.

22. If numbers drop will the prices increase?

Not if you fill bedroom occupancy and meet minimum activity numbers (usually 8). However smaller groups can pay for the minimum to keep the party going.

23. When is the balance due?

The Wednesday 6 weeks before your event date unless it is for a house or another date has been otherwise agreed.

24. What if I haven't got everybody's money in time?

We simply remove them from the list. They can add back on subject to availability and a £10 fee.

25. Can guests be added last minute?

We do our very best to add on any stragglers at any stage.

26. How do we allocate people to rooms at the hotel?

Very easily from your MyFreedom online organisers login area.

27. Will there be a security deposit at the hotel?

For some hotels yes. This will be advised to you in advance don’t worry.

28. When will I receive my ticket itinerary?

When your final numbers are confirmed and the balance has been paid, we will finalise your booking and you will receive your itinerary no later than two weeks prior to travel date. Your full pack of accommodation and activity contacts will be sent by email and available online for everyone in the group.

29. Why should I bother using your company when I can just do it myself?

Because (and no offence) we will probably be better at it! We’ve made event planning our business since 1998. Let us take care of the nitty gritty and guarantee you the best value with the minimal amount of effort.

Zoey was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond what I expected even managing to secure an activity that was not available on your site but was available elsewhere. She was also communicating via email and calling even on her days off. If I also called the team they were also very helpful and able to give me updates and answer any queries during time Zoey was not available.
