Learn to build your confidence, create a posture that stands out and control that body language to make it sexy and appealing in this Dublin Pole Dancing session. Wow wow wow what a lot of benefits AS well as having fun with the girlies... a sure fire winner. A trained pole dancer and teacher will guide your group with a warm up, some floor dance moves and even some pole tricks before a cool down at the end of the session. This dance party will build your friendship, upper body strength and confidence! The class can be as relaxed or as strenuous as you desire as the teacher will tailor your pole tricks to your abilities. The music you will dance to in this pole dancing hen party vary, but expect saucy hits such as Pussycat Dolls’ ‘Buttons’, Warrant’s ‘Cherry Pie’ and Britney Spears’ ‘Gimme More’. Who knows girls, this class may turn into a weekly obsession.

Nightclub

• Bouncers have the right to refuse entrance.

• Usual nightclub dress code, i.e. no jeans or trainers, no fancy dress and strictly no cross dressing.

Temple Bar is Dublin's cultural quarter and contains some of the city's finest, bars and clubs. We'll organise guestlist entry for you and your friends to a buzzing city centre club, but you must all be there before 11.00pm to walk straight in, otherwise sorry you need to join the queue. You'll not be disappointed with 5 bars over 3 levels and a vibe that is exuberant, extrovert and relaxed. Please note that the usual nightclub dress code must be observed i.e. no jeans or trainers, no fancy dress or cross dressing.
