Abseiling requires no skill, no effort and no prior experience, the real challenge is in the mind. Whether it's your first descent or if you've enjoyed abseiling before, you're always guaranteed a thrilling mix of emotions, initial trepidation, a rush of success and elation through contact with the ground, and afterwards, an uncontrollable urge to do it all again.

Whether you break into this fantastic activity with a gentle introduction, or descend from heights of 200ft with stunning views, you're guaranteed an adventure. Your instructor will carefully explain the whole process and ensure your complete safety and well being. And don't worry, a second rope is always used and controlled by your instructor, so you can't go wrong.

Stag Notes

You don't have to be great with heights.
Old clothes are advisable with long sleeves and long trousers.
Trainers or walking boots are fine.
Bring sun cream if the weather is hot and sunny.
