We'll get you started with some Jane Fonda style 80's aerobics to warm up, and then move onto the classic Birmingham 80's dance moves.
Now you may be too young to remember the 'sprinkler', 'shopping trolley' and how to 'reverse that imaginary bus', but we're here to teach you these iconic moves. Oh, and that's only the beginning, don't forget your air guitar because girls you will be channelling your AC/DC and rocking out like you have never done before.

What to Wear?Flat shoes or trainers are advisable as there is some running around. We recommend that you dress up with whatever is comfortable and we suggest not wearing high heels, as you want to be steady on your feet. But get into the 80's vibe with leg warmers, head bands, plenty of Lycra and bright fluorescent gear to make you stand out and be proud!
Most of our venues are bars and will not allow under 18s. Again exceptions may apply, but we will need to contact the venue on demand.
