Open to complete novices - entry level to this sport is not as physically demanding as surfing and guarantees all will catch waves.
Groups under 10 people will be charged at £30 per person.
Who can learn to bodyboard?
Literally anybody, as long as you can swim. The lessons are pitched at a suitable level for each person's ability. Our coaching caters for complete novices that have never been in the sea before all the way up to professional standard riders. Bodyboarding is all about fun, so holds few boundaries to age or fitness.
Our instructor team include the British Team Coach and the former European number one.
