Welcome to our classic workshop, The Chocoholic, an indulgent chocolate-making adventure filled with creativity and flair! Led by our charismatic chocolatiers, you’ll learn to craft fresh cream truffles using velvety dark chocolate ganache. Dip your creations into warm molten chocolate and decorate them with toppings like honeycomb and Maldon sea salt, all while enjoying a lively, hands-on experience.
You’ll also make custom chocolate bark, experimenting with marbling and intricate decoration techniques. When it’s time to take your treats home, you’ll have a box of delicious goodies to savour or share—though we won’t blame you if you keep them all for yourself!
