First Floor: 1 x Family bedroom with ensuite: 2 x twin bed room, 1 twin with ensuite, 2 doubles both with beams and ensuites. Family Bathroom with free standing slipper bath and separate shower.

Facilities
Large 28ft Living room with French doors, which opens onto its own enclosed garden with views over the paddock. New Country style Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Range cooker and stand alone cooker plus 2 full size fridge freezers. There is a separate dining area with a table able to seat 22.
