Your party weekend just got a whole lot more exclusive with two award-winning barn conversions set in the grounds of a 17th century farmhouse, less than 10 miles from Norwich city centre.

The perfect place for a weekend away with friends, these holiday barns are light, spacious, and contemporary in style. You’ve just got to love the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. If the weather is kind eat al fresco in the garden, BBQ anyone?

Forget what the temperamental British weather can throw at us, underfloor heating, straw insulation and wood burners make the barns perfect in both winter and summer.

Sleeping Arrangements
Barn 1 sleeps 9, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
There are two double bedrooms and a separate shower room on the ground floor. And, at the top of the stairs on the first floor, a galleried walkway leads to a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and a master bedroom with a king size bed and a single bed plus en suite bathroom.

Barn 2 sleeps 8, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a double bedroom with en suite shower room, plus a twin room that can provide a further two beds on a mezzanine platform accessed by a ladder.

Facilities
Each barn is equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer facilities, TV with Freeview, a DVD player, sound system and WiFi. There are complimentary supply of logs for the wood burners.
