S.W. trains operate a comprehensive service from London Waterloo into Bournemouth railway station, taking about 1 hour 45 minutes. Virgin trains go north, to Reading, Oxford, Birmingham (3 hours and 10 minutes), the N.W., Yorkshire and the N.E.
If you and your friends are deciding to use the car then take the M3 out of London or if you’re coming from further north head south on the M40/A34 from Birmingham.
