The dining table can be extended to seat any number from 18 to 36 people.
A wet room which is fully wheelchair accessible.
The living area has 5 large sofas, a widescreen TV, freeview, DVD player, I:Pod docking stations and a log burner.

Outside
You have use of the secure private garden.
BBQ area and outdoor tables and chairs for 50+ people.
There is a games barn with pool tables, table tennis tables and a soft tennis court. This is shared with the other cottages on site.

You'll be within walking distance of a very good Indian restaurant and just 1 mile from shops, pubs and restaurants.
