Fiesta Ensalada - (V, GF, VG) Roasted butternut squash, mixed leaves, carrot, cucumber, salsa criolla, smoky roasted tomatoes and fresh avocado, tossed in a poppy seed dressing. Topped with toasted pumpkin seeds, charred corn and roquito peppers.
