	Woodland Ranger (Day) Paintball takes place in Sherwood Forest just 10 miles from Nottingham. Play six mission games in this 150 acre woodland site including 100 paintballs and tea/coffee. Quad Bikes After a practice session on the open tracks and top tips for safe quad riding, you will head off into the woods for a stage course designed to test man and machine. Hot lunch is also included.
	Medieval Banquet (Evening) Let the feasting commence from the serving of your first course enjoy unlimited alcohol served to you at your table by non other than our very own serving wenches. Live music from our court minstrels ensure there's never a dull moment not to mention interactive entertainment, singing, dancing, falconry, fire eating and archery competitions. Following a 5 course banquet come back to modern times with our resident DJ playing music through the decades. Unlimited alcohol throughout the meal (Foster Lager, John Smiths Bitter, Strongbow Cider and Wine.)
	Health Spa (Day) During your stay at this luxury hotel in Nottingham be sure to make use of the superb leisure facilities. These include a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and fitness suite.
