You may have noticed that we like to make the odd claim such as:

The Balti Triangle

Birmingham is known as the capital of the Balti. Now it’s origins seem to be steeped in intrigue and folklore. Some claim it is native to Baltistan (ancient city in Pakistan), whilst others will say Kashmiri immigrants brought it to Birmingham.

However what is certain is that for the U.K. it was discovered in Birmingham’s Balti Triangle.
