A more inexpensive option is to use the Piccadilly line on the Underground that takes about 50 minutes. The National Express coach service runs to Victoria and takes about 50 minutes also. At night, you can take the N9 bus to Trafalgar Square. The journey by car takes approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

City of London airport is the only one situated in the centre, in East London close to Canary Wharf, Excel London and the O2 arena. Flights are offered from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester within the UK, with a fast Docklands Light Railway service linking to the Underground and national rail stations
