*The Need to Party*
It is thought that hen nights originated in the time of Charles II and was the opportunity for the family and friends of the bride to examine her trousseau – bottom drawer, what she had accumulated for married life. Sound like fun to you?
How the hen night evolved into a gaggle of girls accompanying the bride-to-be -donned in a black plastic bin liner, decorated with condoms – we’re not quite sure.
Hurray, now you ladies have much higher expectations. Freedom Ltd recognised this in 1996 and in the intervening years have sent clients off on fun-filled, champagne sipping, spoil yourself, activity based weekends.
