The newest dance craze in Birmingham ... learn the art of seduction and have a great time.
 Your two hour Pole Dancing lesson will begin with an energising warm up, followed by a pole section where you will be taught how to build your confidence on stage, posture and body language.
There is also a lap dance section where you will be taught tantalising moves and groves along with the etiquette of seduction. At the end of the session each participant will perform their own routine on the poles, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt.
You will then finish with a relaxing warm down.
All the participants will receive a certificate of commendation!
Each party will receive a bottle of bubbly to take away, luxury chocolates and the Hen receives a Sash.
 | Is there an age limit for joining the classes?
You must be 18+
Can pregnant ladies take part?
No. However spectators are free and it is still great fun to watch.
Can clients bring their own drinks to the venue?
No. There will be a bar available to buy drinks at the venue. Please note, the bottle of bubbly is a gift for the hen / birthday girl to take away and must not be consumed on the premises.
What do clients wear for the classes?
You need to be able to grip the pole using their bare arms and legs. We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in such as shorts and a vest or a dress. Don't forget a pair or high heels or boots and trainers for the warm-up.
How many poles and instructors will the client have in the room?
There are 2 poles in the room, with one instructor leading the class.
What music will clients dance to in the classes?
We provide a range of the latest chart music for the classes although we encourage clients to bring along their own CD's especially for the final performance as listening to a favourite song can often be the difference between a basic and amazing dance routine. You will learn to position yourself properly around the pole as to avoid any bumps! |

Dress Code: Shorts and a vest or a dress, high heels.
Age: 18+
You may not bring alcohol into the venue where the classes are held.
A bar will be open during the session where drinks can be purchased.
