For the real chocolate lover... learn the art of the chocolatier
in London.
 You will be given a brief introduction to chocolate in central London – the history, process of chocolate making from bean to bar, health benefits and the difference between good and bad chocolate with plenty of tastings.
Everyone will cut, dip and decorate our freshly prepared dark chocolate fudge, caramelised almonds, and Gianduja to make their own dark, milk and white chocolates.
Everyone will take home their chocolates in ribbon tied packages with recipe pamphlets to try their own variations.
 | Be prepared to get messy dipping your creations into bowls of melted chocolate.
Smaller groups may need to join another group. |

Workshops can be held at your own home - both within and beyond London. Price can be quoted for this service.
You will also be able to personalise your chocolates using your chocolate utensils and an assortment of decorations.
The 90 minute session is not exclusive and depending on your group size you may join with another group. |
