This fun, creative and indulgent workshop is taught by experienced Chocolatiers and includes the following:
Discover how to create delicious chocolate truffles.
Personalise your own hand made chocolates.
Cut, dip & decorate gooey dark chocolate fudge and praline with Belgian melted chocolate.
Win prizes in the unique Chocolate Making Game – wackiest wins!
Try hand-created exotic chocolates, such as Chilli & Orange.
Sample a cocoa bean as you learn about its history and the journey from bean to bar.
