Main Course
Double of Beef - Blade of beef, sliced and marinated overnight, baised into a thick, citrus stew and served with light creamed mashed potato.
Chicken Fajita - served with peppers, guacamole and tortilla wraps.
Poached Salmon - steak of finest salmon, oven poached and served on a bed of new potatoes and crushed spring onions, drizzled with Hollandaise.
Cannelloni Pasta - tubes filled with roasted vegetables and herbs and topped with rich tomato sauce and cheese.
