Eating out in Cambridge is a difficult choice as it is such a cosmopolitan city. A varied mix of students and technos translates into an eclectic mix of dining establishments. For all things vegetarian head for Rainbow Café, King’s Parade. Winner of the Vegetarian Society Café of the Year in 2005 it is an excellent choice for anyone with specific dietary requirements as all the food is freshly cooked on the premises.

Beautiful French food is served at Le Gros Franck, Hills Road, a patisserie by day it transforms into a restaurant at night serving fabulous regional French cuisine. For British and Italian cuisine in a trendy, light and airy atmosphere you can’t go wrong with De Luca Cucina and Bar, Regent Street. A great place for cocktails or a private party in the function room upstairs on your hen night Cambridge.

However we still reckon you will be up for checking out a club or two on your big night out, so why not try Fez Club, Sidney Street, they put on a real variety of music to suit all tastes, but specialise in house music and with great deals on cocktails it’s worth getting there early to avoid the queues. Cellar Bar 8, Napier Street, has masses going on with salsa dance classes, a comedy club on the premises, not to mention a great line up of DJs and acoustic gigs.
