DURING THE DAY ON YOUR BOURNEMOUTH HEN WEEKENDS
At FREEDOM its our job to tempt you, inform you and deliver to you the ideal hen party in Bournemouth, so we encourage you to read on and discover what’s on offer during the day on your hen weekend in Bournemouth.
It would be so remiss of us, in fact downright neglectful, to not feature shopping right up there, those credit cards are itching to see some action.
Rest assured that Bournemouth is the main shopping town in Dorset. Whether you are wanting to really treat yourselves and hit the designer boutiques looking for something unique or quirky, or you just need to let the credit card loose in the big names Bournemouth can satisfy.
Westover Road is affectionately known by local shopaholics as the ‘Bond Street of Bournemouth’. You’ll find a selection of boutiques on this stylish tree-lined boulevard.
You and the girls will quickly get the relaxed feeling sent out from the wide pedestrianised boulevards and relaxing courtyards and enclaves, plethora of benches and pretty gardens making it all such a pleasurable experience.
Feel the benefits of lots of places to rest weary, shop-laden limbs. Set down the bags and enjoy the views for a few moments.

We had a brilliant hen party, thank you so much! The hotel was lovely, nice pool good size bar etc. The pampering morning was fantastic, excellent staff and facilities, everyone was very impressed! All of the group really enjoyed themselves, so thank you so much for all our efforts organising the hen weekend package for us.
We enjoyed the following activities:
Murder Mystery,
Pampering Day,
Nightclub
The Avenue and Quadrant covered shopping malls have many of the leading retailers, but you’ll find the biggest selection at Castlepoint with over 40 shops and restaurants – that should keep you busy.
Of course all that shopping could work up your appetites and the lunch choices on your Bournemouth hen parties are limitless, with the added benefits of views to please.
How about a Dorset Belle for you hen party belles? You can charter your own boat, how cool is that! All aboard, you get the best views of the coastline and if the weather prohibits bikinis on deck you can still enjoyed a cosy and comfortable trip. Oh yes and there’s a fully licenced bar!
If you suffer from vertigo be warned the Bournemouth Eye may not be for you, but if not you are going love this. The giant, helium-filled balloons take you up 500ft for breathtaking panoramic views over the English Channel. On a clear day you are promised views up to 20 miles away. For something a little alternative book for the night flight. Don’t be scared the balloon is tethered and not going to fly away with you.
Now to a totally different perspective, take a seat at one of the numerous beach side cafes, maybe order some wine and take in the view of the surfers enjoying the extra waves created by the Artificial Surf Reef.
This facility cost a whopping £1.1 million to build, but will attract the surfing community. If you’re sitting there thinking it all looks easy, well get yourself and friend booked in for lessons, great fun on your Bournemouth hen weekends.
Whilst we’re talking watersports there’s a whole host of choice open to you, from wind surfing to boogie boarding. We fully understand you’ll have to get your hair wet, but the fun factor should make up for that.
Still on the sea theme a trip to Bournemouth Oceanarium comes recommended. You are invited to explore the secrets of the ocean, you’ll be brought face to face with marine life from the furthest reaches of the globe. It’s one of those multi faceted attractions, so expect lots of interactive displays, feeding demonstrations and a walk through underwater tunnel.
A short ride away will take you to Wareham home of Monkey World, it’s a fantastic ape rescue centre that welcomes paying visitors as a much needed source of income to help fund their efforts. Go on help save a chimp!
If you choose to travel a little further a field you will be rewarded with the beauty that is the New Forrest, on the journey take in the stunning rolling countryside that inspired Thomas Hardy.
If you are feeling the urge for a little culture on your hen party Bournemouth a trip to the East Cliff and the Russell-cotes Art Gallery should satisfy. Collections of paintings, sculpture, furniture, ceramics and they claim worldwide collections so that should over just about everything!
At FREEDOM we aim to give you a taster of all the opportunities for Bournemouth hen nights, now go and enjoy.
