Package Activities: Airport Transfers (Day) Airport pickup by female guide, only brand new Mercedes Vito minibuses. As you step out of Riga airport arrivals lounge after your flight, your guide will be waiting for you, ready to whisk you straight to your accommodation in a minibus or a coach. This saves time waiting in the taxi rank, means the group travel into Riga together plotting the weekend's antics, and you can all check into your accommodation together. In winter we use leisure version of the bob, made of soft padding and rubber called "vuchko" (soft bob), not piloted and taking 5 participants at a time. Each participant gets two rides. Sightseeing Tours (Day) A great possibility to learn about Riga, to enjoy it's environs, sights, architecture and history. Riga has several districts. The most popular among travellers is the Old Town (Vecriga), German influenced architecture and magnificent Doma Cathedral with the world famous organ inside, along with vivid nightlife, makes Vecriga the most interesting spot. The area around Vecriga is mostly built in 18-19 centuries are has many buildings that resemble the ones in Paris or Rome. Many movies about "foreign life" were filmed here during Soviet times, as it was considerably easier to film here than to go overseas. The mostly residential areas outside Riga centre are largely filled with grey cement apartment blocks built in the typically ugly Soviet style. These areas are nearly identical to those all over the former USSR. However, they do give an idea of how the vast majority of the people in Riga live and of the history of the area. The group will get 1.5hrs excursion with a professional guide, and a stop at a historical pub. Bar Tour (Evening) Every year we take hundreds stag & hen parties on the bar crawl. The groups come from different walks of life and often have different preferences, so one group thought this place is fantastic, but to another group different venue will hit the spot. Some like it posh and refined, some like to see places off the beaten track to feel the vibe of the city. To ensure everyone’s satisfaction we have this opportunity for the group to create their own bar crawl. On our standard bar crawl our guide takes the group to three venues and then finishes at reputable bar. In order to plan a good night out we ask the group what types of venues they would like and roughly how long they would like to spend in each one before moving on. Nightclub (Evening) The group is picked up from the hotel and taken to the club, with the guide.The guide stays around till 01:00 at that time the group is offered to continue the evening or part of the group can go or stay in a Fashion Club or LaRocca, where the guide will leave you. Package Accommodation: Standard accommodation (for 2 nights) Three star hotels in Riga center, right next to all clubs and pubs - carefully selected over longstanding partnership in providing accommodation for stag parties. The Hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Town with all pubs and clubs right at the doorstep.
