	Cocktail Training (Day) The fun starts in a trendy bar in the city centre, you're welcomed with a bubbly reception followed by: A quick history, trends and technicalities of cocktail-making; classic cocktails' tasting: Mojito, Classic Champagne and Cosmopolitan; a cool competition where you and friends create your own cocktail and get in the spotlight to show off your new skills!
	Hotel Restaurant (Evening) Enjoy a delicious 3 course set meal in the Portland Street restaurant and bar within the Luxury Thistle Hotel in Manchester. Sample Menu Starter Glazed goats cheese with asparagus, petit leaves and chives vinaigrette Main Course Fillet of beef with wild mushrooms and carrot and swede mash Dessert Steamed sticky toffee pudding
	Health Spa (Day) During your stay at your luxuy hotel in Manchester, make full use of the leisure facilities plunge pool, spa pool, sauna, solarium and work out facilities.

Luxury accommodation (for 1 night) Our luxury hotels all have leisure facilities. There is a late bar for residents and the following morning enjoy breakfast. It is advisable to book early to ensure availability, on booking we will advise which hotel still has availability.
